Open Water Lifeguard
Train to be an open water lifeguard at :
Planned, organised and risk-assessed activities within open water may typically consist of any of the following
activities, providing they are structured and managed to reduce the risk of accidents or drowning:
• Lifesaving training activities
• Open water swim sessions
• Open water swim events
• Triathlon events

RLSS National Water Safety Management Programme
Water Safety Awareness
The programme is recommended for anyone 16-years-old
or above, with a good level of fitness and competent at
swimming in open-water environments.
Water Safety Awareness- for those working near water as
part of a structured activity. Such as supervising swimmers.

Inland Waterways- for those working in-water with a focus specifically on inland waterway hazards. Including water resues in lakes and rivers.

RLSS Emergency First Aid at Work
The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is a one day first aid qualification that covers a range of CPR and emgerncy first aid skills. The EFAW course provides employers and your staff with the skills to reduce the risks and dangers in your workplace - because a safe working environment is a basic right for all workers and a responsibility for all employers.
The Emergency First Aid at Work qualification is Ofqual, CCEA and Qualification Wales accredited and valid for three years after the date of assessment. It is suitable for all industries and enables you to meet HSE and HSENI requirements.

RLSS First Aid at Work
The First Aid at Work (FAW) course is the most comprehensive first aid training for the workplace. It covers various CPR and first aid skills and equips first aiders with the knowledge to apply first aid to specific injuries and illnesses.
The First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification is Ofqual, CCEA and Qualification Wales accredited and valid for three years, making it suitable for all industries and enabling you to meet HSE requirements.
RLSS UK’s First Aid at Work training is CIMSPA endorsed, which means it has been quality-assured by CIMSPA. RLSS UK is an active member of the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum (FAAOF) whose remit is to collaborate on best practice and maintain quality to ensure the integrity and currency of regulated qualifications.
Prerequisites:
Candidates must be a minimum of 16-years-old at the time of taking the assessment.
No prior first aid knowledge is required.

NUCO Emergency Outdoor First aid
This one-day emergency outdoor first aid qualification will provide learners with the skills and knowledge to respond to a range of emergency outdoor situations in a prompt, safe and effective way, particularly where professional medical help is not immediately available.
